Installed on a single Windows PC, LABTrack personal provides all of the functionality of the more expensive Team Edition and supports up to five (5) user accounts on a single PC. An unlimited number of notebooks may be created in the connected database.*. LABTrack Personal works with a variety of relational database products including the free versions of SQL Server (SQL Express & MSDE) and Oracle XE offered by Microsoft and Oracle respectively. As a stand alone ELN, LABTrack Personal is a powerful replacement for paper laboratory notebooks. It fully supports embedding of files and searching. It also offers an excellent way to evaluate the LABTrack Pro software for much larger implementations. LABTrack, LLC makes upgrading very easy. Every dollar spent on the LABTrack Personal software license can be applied later to an upgrade to the Team and/or Enterprise software versions. * The number of notebooks and notebook pages is limited only by the database software used and the amount of disk space allocated to the database.
